🍓Strawberry Patch In The Making At Stagestop Campground
Patience is a gardening virtue — and Stage Stop has plenty of both.
Tucked into a mulched bed with drip irrigation running right to the roots, this strawberry plant is doing exactly what a fall strawberry plant should do: conserving energy, setting buds, and preparing for next season. Those little green proto-flowers you see clustering at the center are a great sign — this plant is healthy and establishing. The drip line setup tells you everything about how the folks here approach their garden: intentional, efficient, and built for the long game. Come back in late spring and this bed will be loaded. There's something deeply satisfying about a campground that grows its own fruit. It speaks to a philosophy — slow down, tend things, let them grow.
