The Geese Are Heading South — And That Means It's Prime Camping Season

We caught it right here at Stage Stop Campground this week — a whole flock heading south, right overhead. No filter, no special occasion. Just one of those moments that reminds you why getting outside is worth it.

Fall is honestly one of the best-kept secrets in RV camping. The summer crowds thin out, the temps drop to that sweet spot where a campfire actually feels good, and nature puts on a show for free. Migrating birds, colorful leaves, crisp mornings with a hot cup of coffee — this is what it's all about.

If the geese are moving, that means the season is shifting. Don't let it pass you by from your couch.

Stage Stop Campground is open and ready. Full hookups, a quiet atmosphere, and apparently a front-row seat to one of nature's best free shows.
